STEP 1: GATHER

Load your base on the platform

Estimated time: 5 to 7 minutes

The following are the requirements for creating the base that you will upload to MasterBase®.

There should always be the Email field.
Save in CSV format (comma delimited).
Maximum weight 20MG the 500,000 records.

If, for example, the messages you will send are birthday greetings, remember that your base, in addition to the Email field, must contain the fields:

Name.
Date of birth.

Load your base on the platform

Download this sample format and replace the data in it with the data in your database.

STEP 2: MANAGE

Filter your base to define who will receive your messages

Estimated time: 3 to 5 minutes

Here are the steps to segment your submission base:

Create a dynamic filter based on date of birth.
Select as the operator from the field "this day, this month, any year"
If you want the greeting to arrive on the same day as your birthday, leave the Variation Day option at 10

STEP 3: ENGAGE

Choose the message and schedule the recurrence of your messages

Estimated time: 15 to 20 minutes

The requirements for scheduling your recursive messages at MasterBase® are:

Have designed a greeting message saved as a template in the My Templates option.
Edit on it:
• Sender.
• Subject.
• HTML.

Download this sample template to use as the bases for your messages.

Schedule your recurring messages:

Select the target base, (created in Manage).
Pick the template.
Schedule the submission frequency. For the example of the birthday greeting, which will come out every day if a recipient meets the condition, choose:
• Occurrence: Daily.
• Frequency: Repeat every 1 day.
• Daily frequency: Occurrence once.
