MasterBase® is a company that offers services based on the Cloud Computing model, meaning services hosted on the Internet.

1. What is Cloud Computing?
It is a technology that helps offer services over the Internet Cloud. It`s similar to an informatics system that equips users with access to services available “on the Internet cloud” without requiring from them any resource management expertise.

1. How many services does MasterBase® offer?
Currently, MasterBase® offers 5 services: MasterBase® ST, standard E-marketing service; MasterBase® Pro, professional E-marketing service that counts with advanced functions; MasterBase® OSR, online service for speedy searches and record storing; MasterBase®PD, Private DataCenter; and, MasterBase® Interactive, interactive marketing service.

MasterBase®ST, Standard E-marketing service. It is a tool that offers e-marketing solutions and other permission-based e-marketing services.
3. What are the benefits of MasterBase® ST?
It is the perfect combination of easy-to-use features with a solid and technological base that assists in the commercial and marketing areas involved with the designing, sending and personalized monitoring of your communications online.
4. How are MasterBase® ST services paid for?
You pay a monthly fee based on the amount of records contained in your database during that month. You do not pay for the number of deliveries you make.
You are wholly free to carry out an undetermined number of deliveries, campaigns, surveys or events, since the only cost is the size of the active database you use to send your emails.
5. What is MasterBase® Pro?
Masterbase® Pro, Professional E-marketing Services, is a powerful and robust tool that maximizes your e-marketing campaigns by means of advanced features, generating a more powerful, effective and online communication platform.
6. What are the benefits of MasterBase® Pro?
As well as benefits offered by MasterBase®ST, you can count with additional functions such as: sending attachments and personalized statements; producing personalized contents of your forms and customized tables; and having control and security over your deliveries. Also, by adding to each one of your records a control-oriented module and management of sales force, you have better business opportunities and the integrity of the document is assured as well as the delivered message through a cryptographic method in Digital Form.
7. How are MasterBase® Pro services paid for?
Similar to MasterBase® ST, you pay a monthly fee according to the number of records that you have in your database that month. You do not pay for the amount of emails.
8. What is MasterBase® OSR?
MasterBase® OSR (Online Searchable Records) is a fast and easy-to-use service for record storing and searching, built on a single platform.
9. What are the benefits of MasterBase® OSR?
Also, it has been designed based on the 5 pillars: scalable, reliable, flexible, fast and mainly, low cost.
10. How are services paid for at MasterBase® OSR?
MasterBase® OSR is monthly paid for according to the maximum capacity of storing used, considering ranges in the amounts of files or stored emails (size of the base of stored records).

MasterBase® PD are services provided by Private Data Center.

Our DataCenter relies on its own resources and responsibilities to focus in your business process. There is a contract. The term of time, ranging form 1 to 15 years, is adjusted to the needs of each customer.
