MasterBase® is a company that offers services based on the Cloud Computing model, meaning services hosted on the Internet.

Today MasterBase@ consists of five main services: MasterBase® ST, e-Marketing service in its standard version, MasterBase® Pro, e-Marketing service in its Professional version, MasterBase® OSR, record storing service, and MasterBase®PD, private Data Center service.

1. What is Cloud Computing?

It is a technology that helps offer services through the Internet via the Cloud. It`s similar to an informatics system that equips users with access to services available “in the Internet cloud” without requiring any resource management expertise.


2. Why is it called Cloud Computing?

The term ‘cloud’ is a metaphor that represents the Internet as an abstract concept. The term was created in order to portray the Internet as a computer network that conceals a complex infrastructure difficult to understand in practical words.

9. When is an email considered Spam?

An email is considered Spam when a massive email of commercial content does not follow any of the three types of rules:

1) An option to unsubscribe. If there is not a visible and easy method or mechanism in the email to cancel delivery or remove oneself from the list, then the email is considered spam.

2) Content. If the content is of malicious intent and/or is considered impolite, then the email is considered spam.

3) Delivery behavior. If a massive email is sent to recipients that haven´t subscribed or given permission to receive such emails, the email is considered spam.

1. How many services does MasterBase® offer?

Currently, MasterBase® offers 5 services: MasterBase® ST, standard E-marketing service; MasterBase® Pro, professional E-marketing service that counts with advanced functions; MasterBase® OSR, online service for speedy searches and record storing; MasterBase®PD, Private DataCenter; and, MasterBase® Interactive, interactive marketing service.

MasterBase®ST, is our Standard E-marketing service. It is a tool that offers e-marketing solutions and other permission-based e-marketing services.


3. What are the benefits of MasterBase® ST?

It is the perfect combination of easy-to-use features with a solid technological base that assists in the commerce and marketing of your business. MasterBase®ST takes care of all the designing, sending and personalized monitoring of your communications online.


4. How are MasterBase® ST services paid for?

You pay a monthly fee based on the amount of records contained in your database during that month. You do not pay for the number of deliveries you make.

You are completely free to carry out an infinite number of deliveries, campaigns, surveys or events, since the only cost is the size of the active database you use to send your emails.


5. What is MasterBase® Pro?

MasterBase® Pro, Professional E-marketing Services, is a powerful and robust tool that maximizes your e-marketing campaigns by means of advanced features, generating a more powerful, effective and online communication platform.


6. What are the benefits of MasterBase® Pro?

Similar to MasterBase® ST, you pay a monthly fee according to the number of records that you have in your database that month. You do not pay for the amount of emails or actions.

Telematica is located in Chile; Gerente de Negocios in Colombia; and OJ2 Media in Peru.

Full Support Service: Support Service through an exclusive team of certified administrators.
24/7 Support Service: Basic Support Service plan for emergency cases.
