As Customer Support Manager, Juan leads a multifunctional service team, with the aim of meeting the service standards that our customers require, demand, and deserve. His objectives are constantly focused on strengthening customer support and achieving in-house quality goals, as well as the constant improvement of our post-service.
Juan has worked for more than 20 years in the field, supervising and managing system infrastructure and customer support teams including related technicians. He developed his work experience in world renowned companies dedicated to the mining, telecommunications and service sectors. He is widely recognized as a proven leader in the use of high-performance technology, including the implementation of new technologies, as well as ongoing improvements in processes.
